I am taking part in the 6th ZSL Whipsnade Zoo Stampede on Sunday 5th June which is sponsored by Santander this year, hence the reason I am taking part. For that reason and for the fun of 'running' around the zoo seeing all the lovely animals.

The money raised will go towards the ZSL Tiger SOS Campaign which will allow ZSL to develop a conservation centre and home for Sumatran tigers at ZSL London Zoo as well as funding crucial conservation projects for their wild counterparts.

Over the past decade the wild tiger population has been decimated, with a massive 95% drop in numbers. Your support through this event makes a vital difference to the tiger population.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate.
