Carys and I are taking part in this years Dawn Walk on Sunday August 14th raising money for St David's Hospice in Llandudno.  The Dawn Walk is a women only sponsored 9 mile walk from Conwy to Llandudno and back starting at first light.  Getting up for the 4.15am registration will be a challenge in itself!!  So please take the time to visit our JustGiving page.  Thank you!!
