We provide emergency medical care worldwide to people affected by conflict & disasters.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I turn 60 in September 2021.  So, over the year I am:

1.  running the entire Lakeland Trails series

2.  singing - doing my ARSM

3.  swimming in various lakes and tarns I haven't yet swum in, and "swimming Snowdon"; also trying out a few rivers

4.  cycling around Cumbria and doing a Sportive (60 miles)

5.  writing it all up

6.  doing something connected with Italian - but I haven't quite decided what yet (maybe GCSE before I turn 61).

I'm combining some of these challenges too, such as doing my first triathlon in several years in September.

If you can sponsor me via this page by donating to Medecins sans Frontieres, that would be ace.
