I will be running 10 miles at the  Great South run  on 16th October 2022 in memory of my mum . 

My family lost a much loved Mum and Grandma in 2021 Her life and ours  changed beyond all recognition due to the  dreadful affects of dementia. and we all still miss her laughter , love and hugs  terribly. 

By the time I have run a mile 3 people would have been diagnosed with dementia , so please help support this charity so that other families can be spared the heartache that comes with the diagnosis of dementia.
