Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In April 2019, seven enthusiastic supporters of the St Berts church and primary school in Runcorn, Cheshire set off to experience the River of Life work to support the communities around them in Masaka, Uganda. We knew it would be challenging and informative, but little did we know the joy and humbling emotions we would feel, and how much the whole experience would change us and our outlook on our lives in the UK. We managed to raise circa £3000 before we went, which helped children, orphans, premature babies and people in desperate need in the community. The whole experience has re affirmed our need to do MORE and so we have started another Just Giving Page to support further projects targeted on the specific areas we saw.

A little really does go as long way.
