I am taking part in the Care of Police Survivors 2017 UK Police Unity Tour Chapter IX to help raise funds for those families and loved ones left behind after officers have fallen in the line of duty.  This has been something that has happened far too often recently and as a serving officer and mother I feel that this is just a little thing I can do to help those left behind.

As part of the ride I will be given an engraved bracelet with the details of an officer fallen, upon arrival at the National Arboretum, I will hand that bracelet to the officers family.  I ride this event in memory of Ged Walker tragically taken whilst on duty in in Bulwell, Nottingham in 2003.
