I have finally plucked up the courage to try and complete my first ever marathon and what better way to do it than raising funds for Mencap along the way. 

Mencap have launched a great campaign entitled 'Here I Am', highlighting that learning disabilities have been invisible for too long. Have a look at their website: www.mencap.org.uk
