From January to March 2016, I will taking part in a challenging expedition to Nepal with Raleigh International, we will be empowering local people to enhance an improve their daily lives!
Our main areas will be in supporting local partners and communities in the earthquake relief efforts in both Gorkha and Makwanpur districts, the focus of our work will be Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Community Resilience and Youth Development.
This will be an amazing challenge for me, that will really throw me out of my lovely comfort zone by the seaside! I am extremely nervous but very excited!
I have been really encouraged by my amazing daughter Rosie who is on her own University adventure! And my friends and family have all be amazingly supportive! Especially my brilliant boyfriend Paul who will now have to fend for himself again, Charlie Bingham is going to do well for a few weeks ;))))
As part of my fundraising effort I will be running a portrait offer !
Each donation of £50 made before Dec 2015 will be entitled to an hours portrait shoot with me and mounted 10x8 fine art print, available either before I go or from March-Dec next Year!
This I would normally offer for £170, so not only is it a great cause its a bargain!
