All family and friends are welcome to join in and you can come at any stage for as long as you want.

Every year we have supported a charity and this year we will be supporting something that affects many of us in some way and ino particular one of our very own community. We are going to raise money for the stars appeal to go towards a new mri scanner.
Below is a message from our member Rachel.
“As most of you know in March I was diagnosed with breast cancer which had spread to my lymph nodes. I’m currently receiving superb treatment at Salisbury hospital and it is going well. The road to recovery is tough and has definitely tested my physical and mental strength but the fact I was fit and strong going into it has definitely helped. To show our support to the hospital friends and family have been raising money for the Salisbury Stars appeal to purchase a much needed second MRI scanner which will be used in my ongoing treatment and monitoring. I miss you all at SCUK so much and am really looking forward to getting back to training when my treatment is finished.”#strongerthanyesterday
