Sponsored Walk 2022 · 8 July 2022 ·

GGS School Fund is a charity established to promote and advance the education of the students at our school by helping to fund a variety of extra-curricular activities, clubs and societies. The fund supports students, whose families suffer financial hardship, to participate in a fuller range of trips and activities and also supports our annual prize giving ceremonies. Funds raised at our annual sponsored walk raise funds for long term capital projects at the school, with a further 50% of the money raised going to student-nominated local and national charities.

Story

For nearly 30 years, GGS has undertaken a 13 mile sponsored walk to support charities chosen by the School and particular school needs.

This year School House will be raising money for the Ellenor.  An amazing charity who helps families  deal with heartbreaking scenarios, offering support and emotional  care.

Ellenor

Ellenor provides hospice care and support to families facing terminal illness in Kent. They are the only charity in the county who provides hospice care for people of all ages. The charity offers a variety of support and services including: pain and symptom relief, palliative care, end of life care, respite, bereavement support and emotional and spiritual care.

Please help us to raise as much money as possible for these charities by donating and, hopefully, helping School House to raise the most money!
