Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm taking part in the Prudential RideLondon 100 for the NSPCC, raising money for children across the UK who have in their short lives been through more than most of us could ever imagine. That's why what I'm about to put myself through doesn't seem so bad. Each wall I hit will be worth it, because I know that my efforts and, most importantly, your support will help the NSPCC prevent more children suffering needlessly.

Although you will probably know I do enjoy cycling, my normal routes are 25-35 miles on a regular basis, so this is a huge step up for me - Cycling's equivalent of the London Marathon and a chance to go in the footsteps of the Pro Tour riders who will be racing on the same closed road circuit the day before.

By riding for the NSPCC, I have guarenteed a place in the event, but I have to reach my minimum fund raising target in order to do it.
