I am Graham Wilson, a co ordinator for Aberdeenshire, a trainer, and most importantly a companion, delivering the seasons for growth programme to children and young people, adults and families thoughout Aberdeenshire.

This evidence based, educational programme has helped hundreds of children and thier families throughout Aberdeenshire and furthermore thousands across Scotland.  It facilitates an environment which allows the participant to heal from the traumatic experiences of grief, caused by loss and change.

I hope to raise much needed funds for the Notre Dame centre, which holds the licence for Seasons for Growth in Scotland, and allow this programme to grow and develop so that it may reach all areas of Aberdeenshire and across Scotland; supporting children, young people and thier families through some of the most traumatic times in thier lives.
