Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In January 2018 I had the shock of my life when I was diagnosed with coronary heart disease and told I had to have three stents. Without Hearts and Souls and their crucial financial support for the excellent cardio rehab team based at Wycombe hospital, my full recovery would be ten times harder. It's incredible actually that very basic services for heart patients, such as physio assessments and pedometers, have to be funded by a charity, but that's the reality.
