Hi everyone, 

My good friend Helen Macinnes and I are running the Rock and Roll 10k and half marathon events respectively on 7th August in Dublin. Helen will be running for the British Lung Foundation. This is a charity close to heart because my sister Charlotte lives with kidney disease, and it would be fantastic to continue to aid the research that the charity does to try and treat and ultimately prevent the disease.
