Story

I would  just like to say thank you so much for those that gave me words/donations of encouragement to accomplish one of my ultimate fears. The true heroine in this story is of course young Poppy, whilst I braved a moment, she has been brave for her lifetime. I hope that the money raised will help the family and children at the hospital in what has to be the most difficult period in their life.

Thank you ALL so much xxxxxx

Edit Update:

Well what a year it has been the pandemic hit and if that was not bad enough, little Poppy has had quite a tough year. I shall not go into too much medical detail as the family are still with her at the Hospital, but most of you should know that she underwent a liver transplant and is now at the Kings Hospital recovering from her surgery. What can we say Poppy is a true inspiration to us all, she is such a heroine and a lioness.

Which takes me to my revised tandem jump date: 7th August. I just hope that I can channel some of Poppy's braveheart ways and not let her down. Though she might enjoy the video of me acting like a baby lol!!!

It would be great if you can sponsor me, all the money goes towards helping the children's ward that perform organ transplants.

On behalf of Poppy and her family -  Thank you for the support XOXO

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing this skydive to help a colleague's daughter, she is the most wonderful and amazing little person you will ever meet. She was born premature and has had to deal with a lot of health issues and the biggest of all is she needs a bowel and liver transplant. You see Poppy was a premature baby by 15 weeks and suffered sepsis in the bowel. So she now has  Short bowel syndrome. She  has endured so much in her little life and is such a strong and happy child. She has had to put up with pain that would have adults begging for mercy. So i decided to ask her parents what charity would they like and they have chosen the hospital that will perform her lifesaving transplant.

Now on hearing her story I hope that you will support her and encourage me and give what you can as between you and me am also scared of heights but if she can battle on, then I can do this small gesture

On behalf of Poppy and her parents

THANK YOU
