CHF supports children with heart conditions and their parents. Jia and Karina Ladhar were born with heart murmurs, they are junior parkrunners at Barking & Dagenham junior parkrun where I am a run director (volunteer) Their mum Hardeep, a run director at B&D junior parkrun says the girls attend St Peter & Paul's primary school and junior parkrun kick starts the family's week and gives the girls a lot of energy. 

My running journey started 9 years ago as a first step runner from Dagenham 88 Runners    I will always be thankful to my running family to have given me the gift and freedom of running and such lovely friends who I hold dearly. parkrun has enhanced my love of running. I am appealing to everyone who knows me,  my family and lovely friends in the greater sense of the word to help me raise some funds for CHF on behalf of beautiful girls Jia and Karina 💞❤️.
