I am a 2nd year Dentistry student at the University of Dundee. 

I am trying to raise funds to build homes for orphans in Gambia because they too, like us, deserve a loving, safe and secure home. I myself, have first hand witnessed the struggles an orphan goes through on a daily basis in a third world country which is why this cause is important to me. 

With your support, we can help vulnerable orphans get the care and support they need. The money we raise will provide orphans with:

• A loving care home
• A dedicated foster mother
• New clothes
• Nutritious food 
• Comprehensive education 
• Healthcare and medical support

The Prophet (saw) was reported to have said:
“The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together to illustrate.

Please also remember that this is a sadqah jariyah (ongoing charity with continuous rewards) that will not only benefit us in this life, but will continue to benefit us after our death.
