On Friday 19th May, wear your shades come rain or shine and help raise funds and awareness for the charity that gives struggling families a break.

Shades Day is the closest Friday to the UN’s International Day of the Family, and the day we recognise that thousands of struggling UK families who never enjoy even the simplest break away from home.

This year we are planning to raise £35,000 through the all-new Shades Day Fund to replace one of our sixteen Holiday Park caravans at the British seaside.

We’d like you to post pics of you and your colleagues, friends and family wearing sunglasses on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The more you share the more you’ll raise awareness of the Family Holiday Association’s work enabling families in hardship to visit the seaside for the first time.
