We are 17 first year graduates who work at real estate advisers Avison Young with a mission to change the lives of pupils at a primary school in Birmingham, UK.

Our mission is to plan, design and build a new school yard for St Georges Primary School. With your help we want to create a wonderful outdoor space where the children at St George's can grow, learn and enjoy time outside of their classroom. However we need your help to make this possible and any donation that you would be able to make would be greatly appreciated.

We are working in partnership with Groundwork UK, who is a charity working to transform lives in the UK’s most disadvantaged communities. Groundwork UK is passionate about creating a future where every neighborhood is vibrant and green, every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny and no-one is held back by their background or circumstances. Groundwork UK also helps people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, protect and improve green spaces, lead more active lives and overcome significant challenges such as poverty, isolation, low skills and poor health.
