Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  Gez and I are planning to run 100 miles each over a 9 month period at various events including the Major Series, (10K) Yorkshire Warrior, (10 miles) Leeds Half Marathon and the Great North Run, 'Run for All' 10K's and the Race for Life  in honour of my Dad who is terminally ill with Cancer . We are also running in memory of Gez's Father and Father-in-Law who both sadly lost their lives through Cancer.

We will be joined along the way by members of our families who will participate in 10 & 5 K events in support of our fundraising efforts.   My Dad has always been a strong, brave man and will continue to try his best to fight this terrible disease and to stay with us for as long as he can. Sadly though his health continued to deteriorate and he passed away on the 12th March just a day before the first 10K took place. My Dad never got to see me and Gez complete any of our events or see the amazing support we have received from our family and friends but I know if he had he would have been immensely proud of the difference we are making to help fight the awful disease that took his life at the age of only 68 years.
