So i am back competing in a UWCB boxing match for the 2nd time as i loved the first so much! 🥊

I have found a love for boxing and keeping both my body and mind healthy, so it made sense to sign up again. So far i am 8kg down in weight from when the initial first training started in March so i hope to keep this going and become fitter & stronger💪

We are now able to choose from a range of charities and i have decided to pick 'SAMH' - Scottish Association for Mental Health' as almost everyone at one point in their lives have / will suffer with mental health and need some help in some way. I have been surrounded with mental health my whole life with family members struggling and myself at points also, so it just made sense to pick this charity especially with it being Scottish🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.
