Story
hi last year we held a charity night for a different charity unaware of the sepsis trust this time we would like to hold mjs annual charity event for sepsis as our friends and family know mj died of pneumococcal septicemia and this could have been treated and he could of been here more does need to be achieved for the nhs in the UK to help to prevent all people but for us mainly.children in this day and age of having there life taken at such a young age by a deadly infection that takes over so quick within hours we will never forget the day we had to say goodbye it's every parents nightmare and for me as his mum I live it everyday since I just want mjs passing to help others and make a positive difference to how sepsis is diagnosed and treated .......just an addition when we said goodbye to our little boy as seen in the picture above we were not thinking about raising money for charity we were thinking about the loss the heartache the missing link in our family grief will and always be hard to cope with and for us raising this money means so much more than just helping others its helping us he would be so proud of what we are achieving
