I'm Sheena and I am a 32 year old mother of one beautiful little girl. I'm a (very) single parent too. Anyway, thats all about me... Many will know that I have been a bit affected by mental illness myself but I also work in the field, so I have a passion for reducing stigma and encouraging those in need to reach out for help. The Samaritans have probably saved many, many lives over the years, and for some they are a last ditch resort. I believe wholeheartedly in them, and think they are a necessity, and need to be funded so that the increasing numbers of people affected can be helped in their hour of need. 

Not everyone can afford to donate, I understand that completely. But if you can chuck a pound or two my way please know it is greatly appreciated and valued by me and by the charity. And you get to live the rest of your day/week/life on a high for having done something appreciated and worthwhile. Not bad eh?!
