HELLO! If you know me well, then you'll know that I talk a lot, and could probably do with talking less. If you don't know me then you'll still be doing the world at large a favour my curbing my incessant yammering for a while. 

But in all seriousness, this March marks the anniversary of the tragic suicide of a friend and mentor of mine, the honestly fantastic Mr Graham Fox. In his honour, and because nobody likes to talk about mental health issues, I am doing a sponsored silence. For every £1 donated, I will stay silent for 1 hour. Graham's whole life was about making awesome music, but for now I'm just going to be quiet.
