Both my daughters Emily and Beth were registered as severely sight impaired (blind) with Stargardts last October after a rapid decline in their vision during the summer, it is a rare degenerative genetic condition that has already taken away their central vision and there is currently no treatment or cure. They are both very determined that vision loss will not hold them back, so we look for solutions and new ways of achieving their goals.
