When my Nanna was in the final stages of her life, the Severn Hospice took such good care of her. Nothing was too much trouble and everything they did was with a smile - even though she was 'difficult' at times !

In the last stages they supported every visit, offering support when needed or leaving you be if that was what we wanted. They were such kind, considerate staff and I want to give something back and remember my Nanna at the same time 

I miss my Nanna - and jumping out of a plane seemed a good idea !
