World Vision believes that by working together with children, their communities, and our supporters and partners, the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children can be transformed. As a Christian organisation, we aspire to reflect God’s unconditional love in all we do.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When Sally died my Parents decided to build Sally's place in her memory.  With the help of World Vision they were able to open the creche a few years ago.  We have since built a computer centre, and supported water, kitchens and even farm projects.  Check it out here: http://www.worldvision.org.uk/upload/pdf/Sallys-Place.pdf or the watch the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65evDluNpXM

It's a fabulous place that brings joy into the lives of many and goes some way to filling the gap left in our lives.

Jordan and I are cycling London to Cambridge (St Paul's to Paul's) then I am running the st Neots half; then its GRIM (again) and then the Gransden off road marathon in January.  All this after undergoing three general anaesthetics so farthis year.

It's got to be worth a few quid just for the pain its giving me!
