Myself and all of Marks family would like to say a huge thank you to Paul, Terry, Lee, Peter, Steve and all the brilliant support team for taking on this epic challenge!

They will be leaving Exeter on their bikes on the 26th April and over 4 days will cover a massive 300 miles arriving into Ipswich on Friday 29th.

Mark was a huge fan of Ipswich town (tractor boys) and we will all be there to cheer the boys in on their bikes and then honour Marks memory by attending the last football game of the season on Saturday 30th April.

During Mark's 18 month battle with Pancreatic Cancer the charity Force were a constant support and helped not only Mark but also extended that support to myself. If possible we would love to smash the target and help other families have the support of this undeniably brilliant charity.

We wish the boys the very best of luck with the months of training ahead.......watch this space for updates on their progress!!
