Story

Thank you for visiting the Jackson Jeffrey Joggers JustGiving page.  We are Simon Jackson and Jane Wakeling, colleagues at JJFS in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Simon ran the Two Castles 10K in 2016 for the first time and ever a glutton for punishment, he decided to do it again in 2017.  But being the generous, sharing chap that he is, he managed to persuade Jane Wakeling to share the pain and enter the run too.  Jane last ran the Two Castles 10K 10 years ago.

We are both training hard for the event which takes place on Sunday 11th June and Jane is hoping to beat 60 minutes whilst Simon is planning to smash last year's time of 57 minutes 43 seconds. For information about the Two Castles Run please go to www.twocastlesrun.org.uk.

We have chosen The Shakespeare Hospice as our charity simply because it is such an important local facility that provides incredibly valuable and supportive services to families at the most distressing time of their lives.  The hospice does not charge for its services and receives less than 7% funding from the NHS so it relies heavily on donations from supporters and fundraisers. We hope you agree this is such a worthwhile cause and we would be very grateful if you could show your support with a donation, no matter how small.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you!
