Story

Afternoon all. Thank you to all that have sponsored me to date. an update .. cycle ride completed in about 4 hours .... yippee

oh - and now got tracking sorted for anybody interested in seeing me struggle up a beacon at about 46 miles. will post address on facebook on the day.

Chuffed to bits with the level of support. Thank you all that have supported. Still a few more days to go ....

so... a few weeks to go and all looking good. Dig in and sponsor.

Heart conditions impact 100000s of people each year causing people to have to readjust to the changing circumstances that these conditions bring.

I want to do my little bit to raise some funds to help in the research and development, support and leadership that will help to move this forward and increase the understand more about these conditions.

I chose the London to Brighton ride as this is an achievable target. Over the past 5 months, I have been improving my general fitness levels, and losing weight to a benefit. It would be great to have you along side me knowing that I have your support either in mind or through donation in completing this for a good cause.
