Since 2015, UK wholesale, convenience retail, FMCG and service-provider executives have raised a staggering £730,000 for MAG's life-saving work. Please support them this year as they take on Bike Bosnia, a gruelling cycle challenge.

Story

There has never been a better time to donate as between the 25th April and midnight on the 24th June 2022 all sponsorship will be doubled by the UK Government.

Donations you make will be used to support MAG’s global work whilst matched gifts from the UK government will support an all-female team to clear unexploded bombs in Vangkhom village, Laos. Through this appeal we hope to fund a team for 12 months so that vital land can be unlocked and cleared of explosives for safe use by all 151 members of the community. We hope to clear 161,600m2 of land – equivalent to almost 23 football pitches.

About the charity

Every single day, 13 people are killed or injured because of landmines and other explosive weapons. Half of all civilian casualties are children. MAG finds and destroys these weapons to save lives and rebuild futures; helping people to grow crops, attend school and build homes.
