In memory of Lily Harley
Lily's Rainbow Fund exists to support children with brain tumours and their familes in memory of four-year-old Lily Harley who died in March 2023. She brought colour and sunshine to everyone she met which is why the rainbow is our symbol.

Story

Lily's Rainbow Fund was set up in 2023 in memory of 4-year-old Lily Harley from Louth, near Grimsby. Lily was a ray of sunshine bringing colour to the lives of everyone she met, which is why a rainbow is the symbol we remember her by. She was so positive and loving even as she went through harsh treatments that ultimately did not save her. To the very end she was smiling, laughing, chatting and giving cuddles. Working with OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity, we hope to raise money to help other children with brain tumours and their families. We also hope to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms so that earlier diagnosis can be made. Although Lily’s time on earth ended far too soon, it has had an impact on so many. The happiness and love that she spread spoke volumes and she was a blessing. We hope that her life and legacy continue to be impactful and we will strive to make a difference to others faced with our situation. Please visit oscarspbtc.org/lily to learn more

About the charity

OSCAR's PBTC was set up in memory of Oscar Hughes, a 9-year-old who died of a brain tumour in 2014. His journey was heartbreaking yet inspiring. OSCAR's aims to provide support and care to children with brain tumours, raise awareness to help diagnosis and fund research into better treatments.
