Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just to update you all on yesterday's run - I completed the course in 1hr 46mins which much faster than I thought I could manage. Thanks to everyone in Brum who turned out to support all the runners!

A bit about the charity - the Midlands Air Ambulance launched its first helecopter in May 1991. The charity now operates 3 helicopters, providing rapid paramedic attendance on scene, treatment and transport to the most appropriate hospital, potentially benefitting up to 8 million people across a vast region. The service operates purely on donations and every contribution counts!

What I'm doing - attempting to survive the 2009 Birmingham half-marathon and raise £250 for a good cause
