Story
We're going football crazy at Snapdragons for UNICEF's Soccer Aid. In the weeks before and after the official Soccer Aid match on Sunday 9th June, we'll be holding our own sports themed events across our nurseries and inviting you to support our fundraising for UNICEF. From a local derby between Snapdragons Grosvenor & Weston, a penalty shootout at Shirehampton, to a focus on five UN Rights at Broadwood, and much more, see what your Snapdragons is up to and please help us raise much needed funds for children who need our help.

HOW YOUR SUPPORT HELPS CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD. By being part of Soccer Aid for UNICEF, you’re joining one big team – united by a goal to help protect play for children everywhere so they can grow up happy, healthy , and ready to take on the world
In every childhood, no matter where we’re born or who we are, there should be opportunities to play. Children need to be healthy, safe, and nourished so they can play, learn, and get the best start in life. It’s a right, not a luxury. But for millions of children around the world, conflicts, disasters destroy their safe spaces to play: their playgrounds, homes, and schools. Hunger and disease threaten their futures, leaving them unable to grow up healthy and strong.
But your support can help.
The money raised from this year’s game could help children to get the best start in life. Through Soccer Aid for UNICEF you are supporting UNICEF’s vital work with families, communities and trusted organisations to create and protect safe spaces for children to play. UNICEF works to protect children from disease and malnutrition and respond in times of crisis, protecting their mental health and getting children back to learning when schools are destroyed. We also help provide vaccines to prevent common childhood diseases such as measles, so that children around the world can grow up happy, healthy, and able to play.
