This April, I am very excited to be running the London Marathon for the British Heart Foundation and in memory of my Nonno.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK. They fund over £100million of research every year into all things hearts to discover new cures, create new treatments and ensure that hearts remain big and healthy. 

Whilst the idea of running 26miles slightly terrifies me, I know that raising money for such an important cause will be so worth it. I may be a seasoned park runner but this will be quite the challenge for me; so be it pounds or pennies I'd be so grateful for any donations to help support BHF.
