As many of you know, I'm not a fan of running... especially running 10K for that matter! However, I have decided to take on this challenge and run in support of Cancer Research UK. This charity is one that is truly close to my heart as it has helped people close to me and hope that it can help others too.

One in two people will develop cancer at some point in their lives and I'm sure we all know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer. I would really appreciate any donation for this worthy cause and help reach my target.
