On 16 June 2013 I will be 'doing my bit' and taking part in the Great North Swim.  This is a one mile swim in the beautiful Lake Windermere.  As well as getting fit, I am raising money for this local charity. 

Grace Ministries are located in the West End of Morecambe and help the local communtiy by offering emergency food to those in need as well as free clothing, bedding etc.  They also offer vital support and information for people with life controlling problems.  I would be extremely grateful if you would sponsor me and help raise some much needed cash for this great charity.  Thank you very much.
