On the 14th December I will be participating in a boxing match (shit!) to raise money for Cancer Research at the Troxy in East London. Starting from Monday the 21st October I will go through intensive training at the KO boxing gym to get my boxing up to scratch.....hopefully! I will then be matched against someone of my weight/ability a week before the match who will be my component, there will be 3. 2 minute rounds, a winner, and a loser! 

As I'm sure most of you have too, I have had people very close to me affected by Cancer and your donations are hugely appreciated in helping the research to fight this awful disease.
