I started running on New Year's Eve 2012 and this year have decided to embark on a number of challenges - two 10K runs in March and April, a 10K assault course Mad Monk' in May, a half marathon 'Ramathon' in June and a 12 mile assault course 'Tough Mudder' which claims to be 'the toughest assault course on the planet!' in July.

I am raising money for 'Safe and Sound, Derby' which is a charity that has been working for 10 years to support children who are being, or at risk of being, sexually exploited.
