I am running my first ever 10k for Macmillan Cancer Support. Most of us know someone who has been affected by cancer and the sheer pain and destruction it causes to peoples lives, the sufferer and the families and friends. Please help by donating as much or as little as possible. I am not a runner so this personal challenge could not be done for a more amazing charity!
