I'm getting off my fat bum to get fit and healthy, and start running as regularly as i can! (I need to get in that wedding dress somehow!!)

I've chosen LHCH charity for a good reason, this year has been one of the hardest times of mine and my families life. It has been a rollercoaster, without LHCH my dad would not be with us.

I want to raise as much money and awareness to people regarding heart attacks and heart disease. 

The tell tale signs are not only about chest pain, they can vary from shortness of breath to dizziness. In my dad's case he thought it was severe indigestion or something he had eaten! 

Lets hope by doing something like this, the money raised can go towards research and building awareness.
