I have decided to run and cycle 30 events before I turn 30 next year on the 30th September! These will consist of 5k, 10k, muddy runs, cycling and hopefully finishing on a half marathon! 

Why am doing this you ask? Well as some of you know I lost my amazing Mum to Diabetes 3 1/2 years ago when she was just 57 and I wanted to raise some money and awareness for diabetes uk. She had type 1 diabetes for over 15 years and i always hoped for a cure so she didn't have to constantly check her blood and watch everything she ate, then have to calculate in exercise aswell. The hypos didn't happen everyday but it was often and it was scary for her and us. It slowly took her away from me and I hope one day with more research a cure can be found so others don't have to go through the same.
