We are ​a group of 7 adventurous but misguided engineers taking on the Greatest Adventure on the Planet: The Mongol Rally. 10,000 miles with nothing but 3 bangers and our wits, what could go wrong! And now you're wondering.. "Why? Why the f@$k would anyone do this?"

Mental health is something that will touch everyone's life at some point or another. Whether this involves yourself, your friends, your family, even just someone you know of, it should be a consideration for everyone. The stigmatisation of mental health is a serious issue which results in people suffering in silence which is what Mind is working to reduce. Not only do they aim to give those suffering an anonymised, non-judgmental way to communicate, they also give advice to those with friends or family members suffering who they wish to support. 

Everyone on our team has supported someone very close to them or experienced poor mental health during their lives which puts this charity particularly close to home. Our aim is to raise awareness of these concerns and show that you are not alone in what you experience, you do not need to fit a certain box to feel what you do. Your feelings are valid. You are valid. And there is no shame in reaching out.
