We at Specsavers Opticians and Hearcare centre, March take pride in supporting our local charities and non more so than FACET. After having a guided tour of the facility it was clear to see they are a very deserving charity and do great things for their students and the community.  For those of you not familiar with this hidden gem FACET is a charity based establishment with around 100 students with a wide range of disabilities. FACET deliver a range of programs such as independent living skills, employability skills, and personal progression. Their students are encouraged to learn in a way that suits their individual needs and at their own pace. 

They support students who wish to move into supported living from the family home and hold a whole host of fun daily activities to keep their students active and promote healthy living. 

On our visit we discovered they have a very successful football team and host proms and other fun events for their students. They also have several charity shops locally that help to raise money for these great events

FACET FOCUS ON ABILITY NOT DISABILITY So please help us raise money for them so they can continue and grow to help other vulnerable adults in the community to live the normal everyday lives we take for granted.   We have all been touched at some point in our lives by family or friends who have children or adults that need special care and attention many of whom will or have already been helped by the fantastic staff at FACET so once again please donate,  You can help make a difference to their students future.
