Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.

I will be cycling London to Brighton bike ride, on Fathers Day, on Sunday 16th June with all of my 5 sisters (and other family members) in memory of my dad who we lost suddenly on 27th October. 

Dad was super fit, had a David Lloyd gym membership, still had a physical job and played tennis 2-3 times a week. He ate really well and looked after himself. It was so hard to hear that he had suffered a heart attack. Dads condition is known to be a silent killer as it can happen without any warning or symptoms.

The British heart foundation raise money for research and development into heart disease so that other families don’t have to suffer the loss we did. 

 The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
