I've been inspired by what people have been doing during COVID-19 on the front-line or fundraising for causes from the safety of their homes. Seeing this motivated me to want to rally the online workout community together to do something special, all whilst raising money for a great cause. The Health Tree Foundation is a local charity in North and North East Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshirewhich carries out invaluable support in the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. They provide acute hospital and community services to over 350,000 people in those areas. Which means your small change really does make a big difference.
What we are doing?
A marathon workout challenge, starting from 10am on Saturday 25th April. Workouts on the hour, every hour for 7 hours/workouts. Each workout will be 20-25mins. E.g. Workout 1 at 10am - 10:25am, workout 2 at 11am - 11.25am
Who can take part?
Anyone who wants to! Recruit the family, friends to join you. Do as many of the 7 as you want throughout the day.
How can I take part?
