Aikidoka from the Sheffield Shodokan Aikido club are challenging themselves to train a mighty 14 hours in one day, from 7am until 9pm on Saturday 12th November 2016.

Budding aikidoka will cover the whole syllabus from
beginner to first dan, assistant coaches will get coaching experience, all this while raising funds for the National Autistic Society in the process, a win-win-win scenario!
