Wow!  I can't believe I am actually doing this.  After sponsoring friends, colleagues and relatives for years and years and never having the guts to do anything myself I am grabbing the bull by the horns and starting gently with a pleasant walk through Richmond Park! This charity is close to my heart having been a crohns disease sufferer for many years, I just felt I wanted to give something back.   Poor Darran has also been roped in, it's only fair! So please dig deep it would be HUGELY appreciated.
