Story

Steve’s 100 Mile Challenge, 3-8 May 21.  The President of Camborne Branch ( Steve Nicholls) will be walking Cornwall’s beautiful coastline in support of the Royal British Legion in its Centenary year.  The walk will be 100 miles in 5 days along Cornwall’s South West Coastal Path. I will be camping out at night. The route will commence at the Keep, Bodmin on Mon 3 May 21 and finish (hopefully) at Camborne War Memorial on Sat 8 May 21.

I plan to walk 20-25 miles daily following the Camel Trail, South West Coastal Path, Tinners’ Trails, route to be Bodmin-Newquay-St Agnes-Portreath, Devoran-St Ives-Sennen-etc, until the 100 miles is complete. I will be setting off from the Keep at Bodmin at 0930hrs Mon 3 May 21. Finishing approx 1000hrs Sat 8 May 21 (VE Day) at the War Memorial, Camborne Parish Church.
