I'm attempting a tandem skydive this May, which is a pretty big undertaking for me as I get vertigo just looking out the window of my second-story flat. So throwing myself out of a plane for charity is a great idea, right?

I am raising money along with other Sony Music employees attempting the dive, for Sony Music's selected charity of the year - Mind.

Mind is an incredible charity that has been improving the lives of people experiencing mental health problems for over 60 years. They work incredibly hard to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, whilst campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
